I was born in 1977 in Krivoj Rog, one of the biggest industrial cities of Ukraine and the longest city in Europe. I became really interested in music after hearing the Beatles when i was 14. This lead me to the guitar. I took private lessons from Vasiliy Klein, great guitarist and teacher.Because of him I became interested in classical music.
After one year in music school I decided to enter Musical college of Krivoj Rog to study classical guitar but because of a lack of student places for classical faculty I entered jazz faculty. And I discovered jazz music. In college i met Alexander Furdak(flute) and Andrej Alekseev(piano).Together we formed trio "Re-bus".We played on the festival "Horizons of Jazz"(Krivoj Rog) in 1997.
After finishing my study in musical college I decided to relocate. I was tired of the long streets of Krivoj Rog that's why in 1998 I moved to Odessa,the most beautiful city in Ukraine, where I can go by foot anywhere I need. I played in Igor Belij quartet, in Andrej Prozorov quartet, we played in a whole bunch of clubs and festivals, too many to count all of them here.
In 2000 my love to music, sea and travels lead me to the ship.I worked for six months as a musician on a ship "Olympic voyager".After this job I felt like I had some cash in my pocket and I decided to go to Germany to study jazz there.
I entered three Jazz Conservatories: in Cologne, Essen and Berlin. I came to Berlin and studied in "Hanns Eisler" Hochschule fur Music for one year(2002-2003).
Since 2004 I have been living in Odessa, where I met my love.
I play in several bands with my friends, playing different music, jazz and beyond..
